**4Warn Weather Update**
We’re kicking off the work week with a beautiful summer day across Metro Detroit!
Today, you can expect plenty of sunshine, with temperatures reaching seasonal highs in the low 80s. The humidity will be low, and the winds light, making for a perfect day.
### Evening Forecast for Ford Fireworks Show
If you’re heading to the Ford Fireworks show tonight, you’re in for a treat. The forecast is picture perfect, with temperatures in the 70s and mostly clear skies. Winds will remain light, and the humidity will stay low.
**Sunset tonight:** 9:14 p.m.
### Overnight Changes and Storm Chances
After midnight, clouds will start to build ahead of a rain system arriving Tuesday morning.
### Tuesday Morning
Mother Nature may have her own "fireworks" with showers and thunderstorms likely across Southeast Michigan starting around 6 a.m. These showers and storms will bring a good amount of rain through the morning as they move eastward, with most of the rain expected to clear out by 11 a.m., except possibly in southern areas.
**Highs on Tuesday:** Mid to upper 80s
Another round of thunderstorms is possible Tuesday night into early Wednesday, primarily south of I-69. The computer models are inconsistent on the exact timing and likelihood of these storms, but there is a marginal risk (level 1 of 5) for severe weather later in the day. Gusty winds, flooding, hail, and a low threat of tornadoes are possible with these storms.
### Midweek Forecast
Slightly cooler and less humid air will return late Wednesday and continue through Thursday. We’ll see temperatures around 80 degrees through midweek, rising to around 90 degrees by Saturday.
### Looking Ahead to the Weekend
Saturday, the day of the Rocket Mortgage Classic, is expected to bring the highest likelihood of showers and storms.
Stay tuned for updates and enjoy the beautiful weather today!
